About Tharan Fayth

The Author
(That picture is awful, it was at a new years party where everyone was dancing and I was like noooo) Hi everyone! I’m the author of Tharan Fayth, Joaquin! So let’s see, a little somethin’ about me. I’m a 21 year old guy who loves to write and wishes he could draw D: I attend the University of Connecticut and I’m one year away from my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (woo!). Lessie...I don't like to drink and don't really care for the party scene (too loud :X). Contrary to the idea of the webcomic I'm also not religious, really. What else...uh, I don't really hope to make money off my comic but instead just create some sort of fanbase someday...maybe add a tip jar hehe. Really the only thing that keeps me going in terms of the comic is comments which I unfortunately don't get much of but oh well. If ya enjoy the story, hate it, or want to complain about it, whatever~ just drop me a line :D

The Comic
For the time being, the comic updates every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Deviations from this schedule should be rare.
Now, I know there are many, MANY fantasy comics out there but I'd like to think that mine might be somewhat unique...lol maybe. I think there's many more college comics out there though so I prefer fantasy to real life antics. The title Tharan Fayth was created by myself and a friend of mine. We thought that a religion based on the human rather than a God would be kind of neat. Tharan came from the word Terran, another word for humans. I used Fayth instead of Faith because it just looks cooler :P Because the comic itself is just starting I can't really go about describing too much of it without giving my first story arc away. Still, this world is composed of Humans, Celestials and Terrenes~ as well as halfbreed combinations and possibly more to be revealed. More on this as the comic progresses.
The story, at the moment, focuses on the life of Gabriel Zalade. As the story continues, the relationship between Dominic Embel and Gabriel will be the center of attention. Now I won't lie. The comic will become somewhat controversial as it deals with different sexualities and conflicting religious scenes. So if that stuff offends you, well, you've been warned. Tolerance, people! Tolerance!
